Our client is seeking an experienced Property and Casualty Underwriter to analyze risks, determine pricing, negotiate, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assess complex commercial risks across various industries
• Determine appropriate coverage and pricing for commercial policies
• Analyze financial statements and loss histories
• Negotiate terms with carriers and clients
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with sales team to attract new business
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial lines underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Superior communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or related field)
• Relevant insurance licenses and certifications
