Clinical Director (ABA required, DIR preferred)

Our client is seeking a clinical director to Oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality care, support BCBAs, and help maintain a warm, supportive culture for staff and families.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ABA clinical services (home and clinic)
• Mentor and supervise BCBAs
• Review treatment plans and ensure clinical excellence
• Support integration of DIR/Floortime where applicable
• Lead training, onboarding, and case escalations
• Partner with leadership on clinical strategy and quality

Qualifications:

• BCBA required
• Strong ABA background; DIR preferred
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
