Marketing Director – Luxury Off-Price Fashion

A fast-growing online wholesale luxury fashion platform — similar to Century 21, Gilt, or Farfetch — is seeking a hands-on Marketing Director to build, execute, and scale its digital presence. This is a high-impact, first marketing hire role where you will initially wear multiple hats and then build out your own team.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the full digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and retention channels
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns to drive ROAS and revenue growth
- Build and scale email & SMS marketing flows (Klaviyo), including segmentation, automation, and campaign calendars
- Oversee Shopify site merchandising, product launches, and promotional strategy
- Lead creative direction including graphic design (Canva or equivalent), ad creatives, landing pages, and brand visuals
- Grow and manage Instagram, TikTok, and streaming/live online sales initiatives
- Analyze performance data, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and retention metrics to refine strategy
- Develop and maintain luxury brand positioning within the off-price wholesale space
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion strategy and future marketing team build-out
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of marketing experience in luxury fashion, high-end retail, or off-price apparel
- Experience with retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue or other companies strongly preferred
- Proven large-scale e-commerce experience (Shopify required)
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SMS platforms
- Advanced graphic design capabilities (Canva or similar tools)
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and online merchandising
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and ROI-focused decision making
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable building systems from scratch
