Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Woodmere, NY (Hybrid)

Overview

A growing healthcare financial operations platform is seeking a CEO to lead and scale the business. The company specializes in payroll and financial operations for home care, home health, and hospice agencies, helping operators manage multistate payroll, EVV compliance, Medicaid billing, and cash flow. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to partner with experienced healthcare operators and build the company’s growth, operations, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the company’s overall strategy, operations, and growth
• Build strong relationships with healthcare operators and serve as a trusted financial partner to clients
• Develop and refine service offerings, pricing models, and margin structure
• Drive sales strategy and business development efforts
• Design and implement operational processes and SOPs to support scaling
• Hire, build, and manage a high-performing team
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L, margins, and cash flow
• Work closely with partners and leadership to expand the company’s market presence

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and owning business outcomes
• Strong understanding of P&L management, margins, and cash flow
• Experience selling B2B services, ideally to founders or healthcare operators
• Ability to build relationships and develop long-term client partnerships
• Experience designing and implementing scalable operational processes
• Track record of hiring, developing, and managing strong teams
• Familiarity with healthcare billing and payroll operations is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and scaling a company

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary with strong profit share and meaningful equity potential, aligned with long-term company growth.
