Responsibilities
- Onboarding applications.
- Ability to proactively follow-up with leads and vet quality candidates.
- Ensure candidates possess the proper skills and documentation to begin the onboarding process.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet quotas and deadlines.
- Schedule applicants for PCA exams.
- Follow up with candidates on their exam results and coordinate subsequent orientation.
- Reconcile data across multiple platforms.
- Document application progress in real time.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Other HR projects as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Some work experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage warmly and professionally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual in Yiddish a plus
