This individual will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, sourcing the best insurance quotes, and ensuring consistent follow-up to maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Research and secure the most competitive insurance quotes tailored to client needs
• Follow up with clients regularly to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Handle multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a natural “people person”
• Ability to manage stress and remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience in insurance, account management, or customer service preferred
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
