$125,000–$160,000 base + discretionary bonus (commensurate with experience)
Our client is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate (1–3 years) who is eager to learn, take on early responsibility, and develop under the mentorship of seasoned litigators—while enjoying a minimal commute to an on-site Five Towns office.
Responsibilities:
- Research complex issues; draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions; Bluebook/cite-check
- Assist with discovery (RFPs/RFAs/ROGs, subpoenas, privilege logs) and manage productions
- Prepare and e-file submissions in NYSCEF/ECF; help maintain calendars and deadlines
- Support deposition and hearing prep (exhibit binders, outlines, summaries)
- Learn and apply eDiscovery best practices (Relativity or similar)
Qualifications:

1–3 years of litigation experience (law firm, clinic, or judicial internship)
- Excellent legal research and writing; strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Familiarity with civil procedure and motion practice; eagerness to build courtroom skills

New York Bar admission (or pending) required; strong academic performance preferred
- Proactive, organized, and team-oriented with professional communication skills
