Our client is looking for someone to leads the recruitment strategy and execution to attract, hire, and retain top-tier clinical and administrative talent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with state/federal regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with HR and Clinical Operations to forecast hiring needs based on client growth.
• Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
