Our client is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to join our insurance team and take ownership of our most strategic, high‑value client accounts. This individual will be responsible for managing complex portfolios, negotiating the most competitive insurance quotes, and ensuring flawless follow‑up to maintain and grow long‑term client relationships. This role demands proven expertise, resilience under pressure, and exceptional communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage large, high‑value client accounts with precision and accountability
  • Source, negotiate, and secure the most competitive insurance quotes across multiple carriers
  • Provide proactive client engagement, ensuring timely updates, strategic advice, and satisfaction at every stage
  • Build and sustain executive‑level relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Handle multiple priorities under intense deadlines while maintaining professionalism and composure
  • Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and operations teams to deliver seamless, top‑tier client service
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross‑selling to maximize client value


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in insurance account management, brokerage, or client services
  • Demonstrated success managing large or complex accounts in a fast‑paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; a natural “people person” with executive presence
  • Ability to manage stress and thrive under high‑pressure situations
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, insurance platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
