Our client is seeking a chief compliance officer to Lead and manage all compliance functions across the company. Ensure clinical, operational, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on ABA industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the full compliance program
• Oversee documentation accuracy and quality
• Manage payer audits and corrective action plans
• Train staff on compliance expectations
• Ensure adherence to Medicaid, commercial payer, and state regulations
• Partner with leadership on risk mitigation
• Supervise the Compliance Assistant

Qualifications:

• Healthcare or behavioral health compliance experience
• ABA compliance experience strongly preferred
• Proven background managing audits and policy development
