Confidential Senior Title Officer

Location: Monsey, NY

Compensation: $125K–$150K (DOE)

We're hiring a Senior Title Officer to join a high-performing team at a busy title agency based in Monsey, NY. This is a full-time, in-office role with strong growth potential and a competitive salary.

What You’ll Do:

• Review complex residential and commercial title files
• Clear title issues and resolve underwriting problems
• Work closely with attorneys, lenders, and underwriters
• Issue title commitments and final title policies
• Manage closings and ensure compliance throughout the transaction



What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of title experience (residential + commercial)
• Deep knowledge of NY title laws and clearance procedures
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Experience with RamQuest or similar title software preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
