Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and performance management for a team of case managers.
- Ensure caseloads are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow, productivity, and overall program outcomes.
- Foster a supportive, collaborative, and motivating environment for staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and training to build skills and drive professional growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior leadership.
- Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Maintain strong communication with internal departments to support organizational goals.
- Ensure client and staff satisfaction through strong leadership, presence, and problem resolution.
- Keep the team accountable, organized, and aligned with company policies and mission.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of operations, team management, or supervisory experience (preferably in a case management, social services, healthcare, or client-services environment).
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport, motivate teams, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Proven ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
