Our client, a boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and file lawsuits, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Prepare and manage court filings and correspondence
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including document production and review
• Assist attorneys in case preparation and trial readiness
• Maintain case calendars and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases from inception through resolution
• Federal litigation experience preferred, but not required
