$175,000 - $250,000 + bonuses

The position will focus exclusively on acquisitions and investment strategy - no property management or operations responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Driven and analytical professional
• 7–12+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, private equity, or investment management (including 5+ years in multifamily acquisitions)
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field (master’s preferred)
• A proven track record of sourcing and closing transactions across multiple markets
• Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and deal execution skills
• Deep understanding of capital markets, debt structures, and underwriting fundamentals
• The ability to combine institutional rigor with entrepreneurial execution
