A dynamic technology company delivering innovative workforce management solutions for the healthcare industry is seeking a Product Manager to drive their Scheduling and Attendance modules. Join a team dedicated to creating compliant, user-focused solutions that empower healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scheduling and Attendance products tailored to healthcare needs.
• Gather and prioritize requirements for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and long-term care, ensuring compliance with labor regulations (e.g., PBJ, staffing ratios).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI, engineering, and client-facing teams to deliver enhanced solutions.
• Conduct market research, engage with clients for feedback, and guide user story development to align with product goals.

Qualifications:

• Must have 4+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in workforce management, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience with SNF or long-term care solutions, including shift scheduling, time tracking, and payroll integration.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare labor regulations (e.g., PBJ reporting, overtime rules).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and strategic prioritization skills; familiarity with industry trends a plus.
