$80,000 - $110,000 plus commission


Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Account Manager to join their team. This role combines strategic account management with proactive sales efforts to drive growth and foster strong relationships with our dealer network. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the furniture industry, a proven track record in sales, and exceptional interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:


Sales:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new dealer opportunities.
  • Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations.

Account Management:

 

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned dealer accounts.
  • Proactively address dealer needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for building long-lasting relationships with customers.
