We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Optical Salesman to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eyewear and eye care, with the ability to match customers with the perfect frames, lenses, and accessories. This role blends sales, product expertise, and genuine service to help people see—and look—their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their needs and style
• Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and frame features
• Process orders, prescriptions, and insurance documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays
• Keep up with product knowledge and current trends in eyewear
• Support inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Handle payments, returns, and exchanges professionally
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Experience in optical or retail sales preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic understanding of prescription lenses and frame fitting
