Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and is ready to be a trusted right hand to the President.


Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the President. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and effective execution of initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company and personal information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other productivity tools and platforms
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members and leadership
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-growing company environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of anticipating executive needs and streamlining processes for efficiency
