Our client is a leading construction firm with a commitment to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager who is not only proficient in managing construction projects but also skilled in administrative tasks and eager to grow within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to discuss and plan projects.
- Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and ensuring all regulatory compliance paperwork is completed.
- Meetings: Schedule, lead, and document meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Communication: Draft and respond to emails, prepare reports, and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Learning & Development: Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with both residential and commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
