The Project Coordinator is a critical role responsible for driving the successful execution of projects that align with the company’s strategic goals. This position involves meticulous planning, coordination, and proactive resource management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum return on investment (ROI). The Project Coordinator acts as the central point of accountability, managing escalated issues, ensuring readiness for development, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project excellence


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • To promote a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Ability to provide effective user support and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate Cross-Dep. and Shipping stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements. 
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and coordination of projects, ensuring all components are 100% ready for the development phase.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align goals on all aspects of the project:
  • Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, aligning milestones with company objectives.
  • Monitor progress against timelines and proactively identify potential bottlenecks to mitigate delays.
  • Regularly communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership to ensure transparency.
  • Conduct detailed ROI evaluations for each project, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial objectives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization.
  • Prepare and present detailed ROI reports to stakeholders, highlighting project performance metrics.
  • Serve as the go-to authority for addressing and resolving high-priority or complex project issues.
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams to develop and execute effective solutions.
  • Document lessons learned from escalated issues to improve future project execution.
