Our client is representing a well-established CPA firm in New City that is seeking an experienced and confident Tax Manager to take full control of day-to-day operations. This leadership role requires a highly skilled professional who can handle all tax-related functions independently, freeing up senior leadership to focus on business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day tax operations, including tax compliance, planning, and advisory.
• Review and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Provide strategic tax advice and planning to clients.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations, applying them to client needs.

Qualifications:

• CPA with 5+ years of experience in tax accounting.
• Expertise in tax planning, compliance, and operations.
