Our client is seeking a skilled and passionate BCBA to be part of a great team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to ensure all families have a high-quality clinical experience and focus on patient outcomes using proven evidence-based ABA treatment. Our client is inspired to care for more people at more life stages. That makes them one of the only home care providers in the nation to serve special-needs pediatric clients.

Full-time/ Part-time/ Per diem positions available

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• Develop treatment plans and programs
• Supervise ABA services by BTs/RBTs
• Collaborate with the clinical team to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• BCBA credentials
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the job including frequent sitting on the floor, getting up from the floor, running with children, etc
