Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Manage and follow up on patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices

Schedule:

• Preferred: Three days per week (flexible for two days per week)
• 12–15 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
