Salary: $75-115K

Location: Monroe County, WI Multi-site (travel up to 50%)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support multiple manufacturing sites. This position is responsible for employee relations, recruiting, training, compliance, and benefit administration. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and HR expertise in a fast-paced, multi-plant environment, while supporting a high-performance culture and maintaining compliance with all employment laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR policies, benefits, and procedures across all assigned sites
• Act as the primary contact for employee relations and investigations
• Lead recruitment efforts: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
• Coach and support site-level HR staff and supervisors
• Conduct employee meetings, open enrollment, and training sessions
• Analyze and mitigate organizational risk; recommend corrective action
• Lead training programs for staff and leadership
• Support HR projects aligned with company initiatives
• Perform exit interviews and manage unemployment claims
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in multi-site manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
• Conflict resolution and coaching abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment and discretion
