HiFyve is hiring a General Manager in the food and beverage manufacturing industry in Richmond, IN!

Salary: $200,000–$250,000/year + 25% bonus

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift

Location: Richmond, IN (Relocation assistance available)

Travel: ~20%

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of plant operations including manufacturing, distribution, sales, and financial performance
• Own profit and loss responsibilities, driving strategy and execution to meet or exceed KPIs and business objectives
• Partner with senior managers across operations, marketing, and distribution to deliver growth and continuous improvement
• Establish clear action plans, hold teams accountable, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and service excellence
• Oversee new product launches, pricing strategies, and process improvements while managing business risk and compliance
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and succession planning to plant managers and senior leaders

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 12+ years of manufacturing experience in food and/or beverage
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing senior managers and multiple departments
• UNION experience required
• Proven track record improving safety, quality, service, and cost performance
• Aseptic processing experience strongly preferred
