Salary: $150,000–$160,000+ (depending on experience) + 20% bonus eligibility

Location: Fallon, NV

Shift/Hours: Standard business hours with 24/7 on-call availability

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for plant operations including Milk Receiving, Production, Maintenance, Wastewater, and Warehouse.
• Manage staffing, safety, productivity, and compliance across all departments.
• Inspire and develop plant employees, mentoring facility leadership and preparing them for future roles.
• Lead KPI development and accountability for plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, customer, and company requirements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision making.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Quality, HR, Accounting, Engineering, Procurement, R&D, and Risk Management.
• Manage capital and expense projects while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders, customers, and regional council members to support business growth and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience on a year-for-year basis).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in food manufacturing, including at least 3 years in management.
• Must have BOTH Dairy & Spray Drying experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and equipment reliability (TPM, preventive, predictive).
• Ability to be on-call and travel minimally as needed.
