Overview
We are seeking a highly organized inside/outside sales professional to support market development objectives, strategies, and goals. This hybrid role combines CRM management, data entry, appointment setting, and direct sales activities. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to guide customers through the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Update CRM territory accounts and contacts, complete data entry, and manage tasks, appointments, and assignments
- Engage in inside/outside sales, completing the full sales cycle from qualifying to close and post-sale follow-up
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using cost-benefit analysis
- Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs, budget, and timelines
- Meet sales targets and KPIs while coordinating efforts with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback and self-development
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical Trade preferred (relevant experience considered)
- Proven sales success with strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Honest, punctual, adaptable, and highly motivated
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
- Skilled in relationship management and open to feedback
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Zoho tools a plus
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Remote work with occasional exposure to mechanical environments during customer visits
- Typical duties involve computer work, phone communication, and occasional field visits
- May require walking, climbing on equipment, and light physical work in potentially dirty environments
