HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Pacific, MO!

Pay: $95K–$100K base + 5% bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (3rd shift)

Location: Pacific, MO (relocation assistance available)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team of technicians on 3rd shift at a busy, high-volume food manufacturing facility. The plant operates year-round with increased production during warmer months. In this role, you’ll oversee nightly maintenance activities, support technician development, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently across the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support a 3rd shift maintenance team
• Complete and track preventive maintenance work orders
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including pumps, valves, conveyors, and fillers
• Perform welding, boiler maintenance, and work with PLC systems
• Support ammonia refrigeration systems and electrical diagnostics
• Champion continuous improvement and Lean practices
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical degree required
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (in lieu of a technical degree)
• 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Background in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, fillers, pumps, welding, ammonia refrigeration, and boiler systems
