HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Industrial industry!

Salary: $72-82K/yr (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift M-F

Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead all maintenance activities across the facility to ensure efficient operations and equipment reliability.
  • Improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments, including all preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and implement safety processes and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance team members while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
  • Oversee maintenance-related capital expenditures and manage parts and labor budgets.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Identify and evaluate parts suppliers, and negotiate service contracts with internal and external vendors.
  • Conduct training for all maintenance staff to ensure continuous improvement and development.
  • Respond to emergency alarms and maintenance-related issues on a 24-hour on-call basis.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or related role.
  • Knowledge of wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, and industrial machinery.
  • Experience in maintenance management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, parts management, and vendor negotiations.
  • Ability to read and comprehend maintenance literature and blueprints written in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and using intranet/internet-based systems.
  • Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to respond to emergency maintenance issues and be on call 24/7.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of boiler systems and HVAC experience.
  • Prior experience in welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
  • Reliability certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Maintenance Professional (CRMP), or Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM).
