HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Industrial industry!
Salary: $72-82K/yr (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift M-F
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance activities across the facility to ensure efficient operations and equipment reliability.
- Improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments, including all preventative maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement safety processes and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance team members while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
- Oversee maintenance-related capital expenditures and manage parts and labor budgets.
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Identify and evaluate parts suppliers, and negotiate service contracts with internal and external vendors.
- Conduct training for all maintenance staff to ensure continuous improvement and development.
- Respond to emergency alarms and maintenance-related issues on a 24-hour on-call basis.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military setting.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or related role.
- Knowledge of wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, and industrial machinery.
- Experience in maintenance management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, parts management, and vendor negotiations.
- Ability to read and comprehend maintenance literature and blueprints written in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and using intranet/internet-based systems.
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to respond to emergency maintenance issues and be on call 24/7.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of boiler systems and HVAC experience.
- Prior experience in welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
- Reliability certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Maintenance Professional (CRMP), or Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM).
