HiFyve is hiring an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer in the Fabricated Metal Products industry in St. Louis, MO!

Salary: $80K - $110K

Shift: Days

Location: St. Louis, MO 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes
• Analyze and resolve production and quality issues
• Recommend process changes to boost efficiency and reduce downtime
• Support production and maintenance teams with problem-solving expertise
• Set up equipment, address machine and product specification issues
• Ensure parts consistently meet specifications and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement across operations 

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 8+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication/welded assemblies a plus)
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing techniques
• Proven skills in root-cause analysis, process improvement, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
