Role: Maintenance Planner

Compensation: $78k to $82k + Bonus Opportunities

Location: Burlington, WA (Relocation Assistance Available)

Details:

• Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service. 
• Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce meantime between failures and minimize interference with production schedule.  
• Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins. 
• Support the sites in establishing Maintenance Workforce Job Goals and objectives. 
• Support Sites with consolidating spare parts to minimize inventory. 
• Leading global updates to CMMS. 
• Provide Constant training to all sites on CMMS. 
• Administrator for all Changes that take place across sites in CMMS. 
• Lead continuous improvement ideas on Preventative Maintenance Tasks. 
• Utilizing CMMS data, generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for each site on Maintenance KPIs. 
• Generate Dashboards highlighting equipment Maintenance status (i.e. MTBF, MTTR, Availability, PM Completion, etc.).  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management Preferred

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of related Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Project Planning in a high volume, heavily automated manufacturing environment
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints. 
• Strong attention to detail, precise, problem solving and time management skills. 
• Subject Matter Expertise in CMMS systems
