HiFyve has a client in Kansas City, MO that is hiring for a Project Manager from the CORRUGATED INDUSTRY.

Target Salary: $70K-$80K (will consider higher for well qualified candidates) + Bonus

As a Project Manager, you will manage customer projects from estimating to quoting to inventory management. You will guide customers & internal colleagues throughout the lifecycle of projects to ensure program success using key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities include estimating projects, quoting, inventory control, purchasing, production timelines, and client communication. You will source materials, manage artwork approvals, handle logistics, and resolve client service issues. The role also involves creating regular reports to track project and department performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs and manage orders through production.
• Source and purchase materials like corrugated sheets and packaging.
• Lead pre-production meetings, monitor timelines, and track orders.
• Handle client interactions, complaints, and program status reporting.
• Lead internal project management teams, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Process and track inventory, ensuring adherence to stock levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, project management or account management from the corrugated industry or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong mathematical skills for rates, ratios, and percentages.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or fulfillment.
• Bachelor’s in packaging or graphics.
• Salesforce and multi-vendor program experience.
• Experience with HRMS ERP software
