HiFyve has a client in Davenport, IA that is hiring for an Assistant Controller from the manufacturing sector.

Salary: $120K-$135K

Reports to the Controller. The hope is that the Assistant Controller will grow into the Controller role.

Relocation assistance is available

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Requirements:

• Must come from a very large manufacturing facility (1000-2500+ employees)
• Must have management experience with Sr. Financial employees reporting directly to them
• Must be experienced giving financial presentations to internal stakeholders (CFO, CEO, VPs)
• Must have an outgoing personality & good communication with all levels of employees & management
• Must have FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience & strong examples (forecasting, inventory, AP/AR)
