HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota!

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year

Shift: Overnight, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, flexibility required

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead daily maintenance operations in a 24/7 production facility
  • Prioritize and assign work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Implement and support preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of production and facility equipment
  • Use SAP and CMMS systems to track work orders, schedule jobs, and manage downtime
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager with capital projects and plant improvements
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Train and mentor maintenance technicians, supporting skill development and team performance
  • Manage inventory of critical spare parts and coordinate with supply personnel
  • Oversee team performance, scheduling, and timekeeping responsibilities

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical education or certifications preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 2–5 years of plant maintenance experience required; food & beverage industry preferred
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a maintenance environment required
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background, including 480V, 3-phase systems
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs; programming experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, and compressed air systems
  • Familiarity with fabrication, welding, and machining methods is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience using CMMS software; MVP JDE experience is a plus
  • Ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
