HiFyve is hiring Diesel Technicians in Genoa, NE!

Pay Range: $35 to $45 per hour + Overtime

Schedule: Onsite / Day Shift Schedule

Location: Genoa, NE (Relocation Assistance Available)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems across a variety of equipment
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, and industrial machinery
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Complete engine overhauls, fuel system repairs, and transmission rebuilds with a high level of precision
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, DOT regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation using company CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
• Collaborate with fleet managers, supervisors, and operators to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime
• Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques
• Conduct routine inspections and proactive maintenance to prevent costly breakdowns and downtime

Education Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of Diesel Maintenance Experience on Commercial Vehicles and Equipment
• ASE Certificate or Equivalent strongly preferred
• A.A.S. Degree in Trades or related programs strongly preferred
