HiFyve is hiring an Experienced Extrusion Operator in the Food Manufacturing industry! This role offers relocation assistance and an exciting opportunity to work in southwestern Minnesota.

Salary: $24-$27/hr + OT

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday – Thursday)

Location: Southwestern Minnesota - Relocation assistance offered

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, troubleshoot, shut down, and clean the extruder machine.
• Coordinate production runs with the supervisor to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Monitor and record product metrics, including salt, caustic, temperature, density, and moisture levels.
• Ensure quality assurance of products being processed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operational standards at all times.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience operating extrusion equipment.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments and familiarity with industrial processes.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics, mechanical aptitude, and comfort using hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret process instructions from manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
