Our client, a well-regarded Texas based law firm, is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to join their team.

Position Overview

• Support and oversee the firm's Conflict and Client Intake process using Intapp Conflicts and Intake modules.
• Ensure integrity of new business intake and compliance with ethical standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict checks for new clients, matters, and lateral hires.
• Analyze conflict search results and identify potential ethical/business conflicts.
• Collaborate with attorneys, Conflicts Counsel, and the Conflicts Committee to resolve issues.
• Maintain and enhance conflict rules, search strategies, and synonym lists.
• Prepare detailed conflict reports with summaries and resolution recommendations.
• Assist with Intapp configuration and administration (user permissions, workflows, notifications).
• Support training for attorneys and staff on conflicts procedures and system use.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance, and optimization efforts.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors (e.g., Intapp consultants) for troubleshooting and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a law firm conflicts department (preferably using Intapp).
• Knowledge of legal ethics and professional responsibility standards.
• Strong analytical, research, and corporate affiliation research skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Aderant or similar financial systems is a plus.
