Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on generating leads and prospecting potential clients, a strong opener. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of ERP systems, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to warehouse operators, supply chain managers, and business owners.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients that would benefit from ERP implementation for their warehouse operations.
  • Educate prospective customers on the benefits of ERP software in optimizing inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track interactions in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and ERP advancements to position our solutions effectively.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or ERP software sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools and techniques such as cold calling.
