We’re seeking a Client Product Owner / Software Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, CRM systems, and custom enterprise software. This is a strategic and hands-on role that involves leading product strategy, defining software requirements, and optimizing CRM and business workflows. The ideal candidate will work across multiple client accounts, translating business challenges into high-impact digital solutions.



Responsibilities:


  • Lead product lifecycle across multiple client accounts—from discovery through delivery.

  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and system gaps.

  • Analyze business processes with a strategic lens and propose innovative software solutions.

  • Design and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) to streamline operations and improve automation.

  • Translate business needs into product strategies, user stories, system flows, and features.

  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to prioritize and execute software builds.

  • Validate and test features for accuracy, performance, and usability prior to delivery.

  • Maintain product backlogs and roadmaps aligned with business goals and timelines.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Stay current on CRM trends, automation strategies, and enterprise software best practices.



Qualifications:


  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or CRM Systems Consultant.

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Experience managing multiple enterprise software initiatives simultaneously.

  • Ability to challenge assumptions, solve complex problems, and create scalable solutions.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.

  • Hands-on experience with software development lifecycles, QA testing, and backlog management.

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling frameworks (e.g., BPMN).

  • Detail-oriented, highly accountable, and driven to deliver quality outcomes.
