THE JOB


The Business Development Representative (BDR) will join the growing inside sales team, playing a critical role in driving outbound pipeline growth. This role is fully focused on enterprise-level sales development — identifying, engaging, and qualifying key decision-makers across assigned industry verticals. The BDR will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside a dedicated Account Executive, contributing directly to strategic prospecting efforts and outbound campaigns.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and structured sequences
  • Utilize a robust sales technology stack including Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and Orem Power Dialer
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting on activity and progress
  • Partner with assigned AEs to execute account-based sales strategies
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales leadership
  • Actively contribute to evolving messaging, playbooks, and campaign optimization
  • Balance a mix of outbound activity with pre-qualified marketing leads
  • Support assigned territory with highly curated prospect lists and target accounts

This is a high-activity, high-accountability position designed for individuals who want to grow into senior enterprise sales roles over time.


THE QUALIFICATIONS


Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably business-related)
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS SDR/BDR roles with outbound sales exposure
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and other prospecting technologies
  • Comfort engaging VP and C-level stakeholders early in the sales process
  • High levels of emotional maturity, discipline, and career motivation
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid office environment with collaborative team dynamics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude with an interest in fitness, outdoor activity, or professional growth outside of work
