THE JOB

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and executing high-volume sales strategies within your assigned region. This role requires 95% travel and is ideal for ambitious, high-energy sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-reward environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-volume prospecting strategy, including cold calling and in-person outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining high deal velocity.
  • Educate and sell to medical professionals, including med spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and private medical practices.
  • Leverage in-person meetings, trade shows, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
  • Work independently to build and maintain a pipeline


Metrics for Success:

  • Meet and exceed revenue quotas and sales goals.
  • Execute consistent, high-volume outreach to drive new business.
  • Maintain strong territory management and frequent client engagement.
  • Display entrepreneurial initiative in growing the territory.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two to three years of sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or high-ticket B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Strong cold-calling, in-person prospecting, and consultative selling skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and ability to engage medical professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to run a territory as if it were your own business.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel, spending 95 percent of time within the assigned region.
  • MUST reside in Main, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Eastern Connecticut


THE BENEFITS

  • Base salary of $75k
  • Uncapped commissions with first-year on-target earnings between $250-330k
