Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + 5% bonus
Shift: 3rd Shift (9:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
Schedule: Monday–Friday with some weekends in Q4

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a team of 20–25 employees on our overnight operations. This position requires a strong background in sanitation, HACCP, and regulated food production. Ideal candidates will bring experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing with a focus on quality and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nightly production and sanitation processes, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and ready for use
- Schedule and assign work to ensure production targets are achieved
- Lead sanitation training and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and CIP protocols
- Conduct and verify sanitation effectiveness and perform root cause analyses as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Monitor and maintain equipment cleanliness, functionality, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records, performance evaluations, and timekeeping
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and mentorship to production staff
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong experience with sanitation and HACCP procedures required
- Aseptic processing experience is a strong plus
Skills & Qualifications:
- Leadership skills with a focus on sanitation, food safety, and team performance
- Familiarity with GMPs, CIP, and production documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and plant management systems
- Able to work independently and make quick, effective decisions
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
