HiFyve is hiring a Quality Supervisor in the Manufacturing industry in Waushara County, WI!

Salary: $60K - $70K

Shift: Rotating night shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, including every other weekend.

Location: Waushara County, WI

A growing nutrition manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead daily quality assurance efforts at its Wautoma, WI facility. This role is responsible for managing lab operations, ensuring GMP compliance, and driving a proactive quality culture across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA support across dispensing, blending, production, and warehouse operations
• Conduct visual inspections, ATP/allergen swabs, and line startups/changeovers
• Lead documentation review, batch record verification, and hold/non-conformance processes
• Train technicians and plant staff on GMPs, HACCP, and food safety procedures
• Support internal audits and maintain detailed QA reporting systems

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (advanced education a plus)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Prior experience in food manufacturing QA/QC and team supervision
• Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
