🚀 About the Assignment

We're looking for a hands-on, autonomous Business Process Analyst to support the End-to-End optimization of operational processes in a complex environment. This role plays a key part in driving clarity, efficiency, and compliance across various internal workflows.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Map and document AS IS processes
• Conduct workshops with Sales and internal stakeholders
• Define desired outcomes and KPIs
• Identify process activities, roles, responsibilities, and data dependencies
• Uncover pain points, bottlenecks, and risks
• Link processes to IT systems (AR & others)
• Map monitoring methods and quality checks
• Propose and implement process improvements
• Support Team Leader with communication and change adoption
• Assist in setting up daily operational work structures (e.g., backlog management)

📦 Deliverables

• Documented E2E process descriptions and optimization proposals
• Communication material for stakeholders (internal teams, intermediaries, sales)
• Input for new IT system requirements

🧠 Your Profile

• Proven experience in process optimization and documentation
• Strong in complex process analysis (organizational & systems)
• Skilled in BPMN, root cause analysis, stakeholder management
• Excellent written & verbal communication (NL/FR)
• Proactive, structured, detail-oriented mindset
• Able to collaborate across multiple departments and levels
