We are seeking a Real Estate Legal Administrator to join the Legal (Real Estate) Department in Limassol. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting legal and property-related processes by ensuring the efficient coordination, preparation, and administration of documentation across multiple real estate projects.
This role is well-suited to an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in legal or real estate administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with the company messenger regarding external tasks and document handling
- Prepare and distribute emails, letters, forms, and other legal documentation
- Photocopy, scan, and file documents as required
- Maintain the department’s electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist with the preparation, administration, and execution of legal and property-related documentation, including:
- Completion of tax forms, Land Registry forms, and VAT-related documentation
- Drafting reservation agreements
- Coordinating document signing procedures
- Managing submissions to the Tax Department, Land Registry, and banks (including waivers)
- Prepare and submit VAT applications
- Prepare documentation related to apartment delivery and handover processes
- Assist with utility bill transfers and title deed processes
- Monitor and update the progress of permits
- Maintain accurate project files and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a diploma in Secretarial, Paralegal, or related studies (or equivalent qualification)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in real estate or legal administration will be considered a strong advantage
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised, responsible, and reliable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to take initiative and work independently when required
