The team partners closely with Legal, Compliance, Security, and business leaders to ensure data is managed responsibly, securely, and in alignment with organizational priorities.

This role offers the opportunity to play a highly visible part in shaping and executing an enterprise data governance program. The consultant will work closely with senior leadership while gaining hands-on experience across multiple governance use cases. The position supports onsite collaboration and provides exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and governance challenges within a growing organization.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute enterprise data governance initiatives in partnership with business and technical teams
  • Identify and onboard data owners and stewards across functional areas
  • Support early governance use cases such as data retention and data classification
  • Draft, update, and maintain governance policies, procedures, and standards
  • Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions to drive adoption and awareness
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security to align governance practices
  • Capture risks, gaps, and opportunities to mature governance capabilities
  • Act as a visible representative of governance initiatives across the enterprise

Are You an Experienced Data Governance Professional Ready to Make an Impact?

  • 3–7 years of experience in data governance or related consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of data governance operating models and execution
  • Experience authoring and maintaining governance policies
  • Knowledge of data privacy, classification, and handling requirements
  • Ability to lead discussions and workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Consultant mindset with comfort operating in evolving environments
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Technical degree or equivalent professional experience
