What’s In Store for You

This full-time, fully remote position places you at the center of a major product transformation. You’ll take the lead on building the company’s first mobile app, drive the modernization of the web interface, and influence front-end strategy across the organization. The role offers the chance to introduce best practices, shape reusable systems, and collaborate with experienced leaders across design, engineering, and product.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of front-end and full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Architect and develop the company’s first cross-platform mobile application for iOS and Android.
• Overhaul and modernize the front-end web experience using React and TypeScript.
• Translate UX concepts into accessible, high-performance interfaces that feel seamless across platforms.
• Work closely with product and design leaders to refine interactions, implement new features, and drive overall UI/UX strategy.
• Consume API-based data services and integrate them into unified mobile and web experiences.
• Establish best practices around testing, performance tuning, animations, accessibility, and component reusability.
• Collaborate with the CTO to set technical direction for client-side engineering.

Are you an accomplished Front-End Engineering Leader ready to define a multi-platform experience?

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of deep React expertise with strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping cross-platform mobile apps—preferably using Capacitor.
• Strong background turning UX designs into polished, scalable, consumer-ready interfaces.
• Experience leading front-end engineers, reviewing code, and establishing standards.
• Proven ability to build performant, accessible, responsive user experiences.
• Previous deployments to the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across design, product, and engineering.
• Portfolio showcasing mobile and web work.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Familiarity with PWAs, push notifications, or real-time UI features.
• Experience with Storybook, Algolia, or modern CSS methodologies.
• Exposure to AI-driven products or early-stage product environments.
• Prior work building shared component libraries across multiple platforms.
