How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead and manage all aspects of the estimating process for window and door projects.
• Interpret architectural plans and specifications to prepare accurate takeoffs and competitive bids.
• Partner with sales, operations, and clients to clarify scope, value-engineer solutions, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Standardize and optimize estimating processes and vendor communications.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior estimators to improve department efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Support leadership in resource forecasting and team planning.

Are You an Experienced Estimator Ready to Make an Impact?

• 5+ years of window and door estimating experience (residential/light commercial).
• Proven expertise in reading and interpreting detailed architectural plans.
• Strong technical understanding of window and door systems and materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with estimating or CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.
