THE ROLE

As an Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive, you will take on a critical role in driving new customer acquisition and nurturing existing client relationships within your designated Medford / Roseburg territory. Your mornings will be dedicated to prospecting and booking appointments, while afternoons will be spent in the field, targeting a goal of 15 client meetings per week. This role is dynamic and transactional in nature—ideal for individuals who thrive on closing deals quickly and cultivating client trust. Though you’ll be equipped with robust training and a proven sales framework, ongoing success hinges on maintaining strong energy and efficiently managing short sales cycles.


QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
  • A consistent record of achievement, supported by a brag book or industry recognition
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in B2B sales
  • A resilient, driven mindset with a proactive attitude; backgrounds in industrial sales, merchant services, or small business sales are especially relevant
  • The poise to handle rejection and the persistence to push forward


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
  • Vehicle Support: $500 monthly car allowance, plus a gas card
  • Incentives: Quarterly commission payouts, with first-year total earnings projected at $100K and potential to exceed $150K by year two or three
