We’re looking for a hands-on Service Manager who knows the heavy truck world inside and out. Someone who can keep the shop moving, keep customers coming back, and keep the numbers where they need to be. This isn’t a desk-only job—you’ll be on the floor, in the mix, solving problems and backing up your team.

What you’ll be doing (for real)

• Run the day-to-day of the service department—no surprises there
• Keep jobs flowing and trucks turning around on time
• Watch labour hours, billed hours, and shop efficiency like a hawk
• Step in when things go sideways (because they will) and fix it
• Work with advisors on open ROs, comebacks, and customer issues
• Stay on top of warranty, vendor requirements, and compliance
• Build and keep a strong team—hire right, train them up, hold them accountable
• Keep customers happy enough that they don’t shop around next time
• Actually understand the numbers and adjust when needed

What you need to bring

• 7+ years in the heavy truck / diesel world (you’ve been around)
• Some dealership or shop leadership experience (you’ve led before)
• You can talk to techs, customers, and ownership without missing a beat
• You understand both the shop floor and the business side
• You don’t fold under pressure—just figure it out and keep moving
• Strong problem-solver who can keep things fair and efficient
• Valid G license
